  • 1. How do I qualify for a VPS refund with VT Markets?

    To unlock your refund, meet the minimum deposit requirement of $1,000 and maintain a monthly trading volume of at least $0.5 million notional value.

  • 2. How much is the refund on my VPS I can receive?

    For a monthly notional value between $0.5 million and $1 million, you will get up to $25 back. If you’re a high-volume trader exceeding $1 million in monthly notional value, you will qualify for the maximum $50 refund.

  • 3. How long does it take to receive my VPS refund?

    After qualifying, VT Markets will review and process your claim within the first 10 days of the following calendar month, once their VPS subscription’s monthly cycle ends.

  • 4. How can I check the status of my VPS refund?

    You can track your claim status directly on the offer page in your Client Portal.

  • 5. Do open trades count towards the trading requirements for the VPS refund?

    No. Only closed trades will count towards the VPS refund trading requirement.

  • 6. Is there a time limit for submitting VPS refund claims?

    You can only submit invoices issued within three months after the last day of the VPS billing period

  • 7. What types of VPS accounts are eligible for refund claims?

    Only invoices billed on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly basis qualify for this refund.
