PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Eligibility

1. 1. This offer is available from 01/10/2025 (DD/MM/YYYY) to 01/10/2026 (herein the “Offer Period”). If the campaign period is extended, VT Markets will issue a notification when the documents are updated

2. 2. VT Markets will offer this to new and existing retail clients (herein referred to as the “Participant” or “Client”) residing in the following countries/regions at its discretion. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact VT Markets GTM Telegram customer service @VTmarketsGTMTC or send an email to [email protected].

3. 3. This offer is only available to the VT Markets’ New Retail Clients registered after 01/10/2025 in the following countries/regions.

4. 4. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ General Terms and Conditions.

5. 5. All account types are eligible for the giveaway.

6. 6. By participating in this offer, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

7. 7. Time Zone Clarification

   The cut-off time mentioned above is based on GTM+8. It is the responsibility of users to adjust for any time zone differences when determining the relevant cut-off for their respective locations.

B. Campaign Mechanics

1. 8. To participate in this offer, you must:

   1. a.Opt-in to this offer in client portal and contact your Telegram customer service @VTmarketsGTMTC with your User ID.

   2. b. Fulfill the deposit and trading requirements from the first calendar date of the month to the last calendar date of the month (the criteria will be refreshed at 2359 on every last calendar date of the month) to claim the rewards from this offer.

   3. c. This offer is open to both new and existing retail clients:

      • ▪ Existing retail clients must make a new deposit during the monthly competition period to be eligible.

      • ▪ New retail clients must open and verify their account, as well as make the first deposit before the last calendar date of the month.

2. 9. Top 3 new clients ranked by first deposit amount of the month and Top 3 existing clients ranked by total deposits of the month will be able to claim the rewards worth up to USD100.

   • ▪ Criteria:

     • ▪ During the monthly calculation period, eligible new clients need to deposit at least USD500, eligible existing clients need to deposit at least a total of USD1000.

     • ▪ Eligible clients need to complete a minimum of 10 standard lots during the monthly competition period.

     • ▪ No Withdrawals or Transfers within campaign period and till end of the month: Participants cannot make any withdrawals or internal transfers from their Participating User (User ID) during the competition period.

1. 10. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates, or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits and, therefore, will not be counted towards this offer.

2. 11. Only closed trades before 2359 on every last calendar date of the month will be considered.

3. 12. VT Markets reserves the right to exclude any trades held for less than 5 minutes (300 seconds) from counting towards the trading volume for this offer.

4. 13. VT Markets will combine trades from all eligible trading accounts into the calculation of the trading requirement for this offer.

C. Prize Announcement and Claiming

1. 14. VT Markets will announce the clients who will receive prizes via the Telegram channel announcement from customer service. VT Markets will not accept prize claim applications after 2359 on every last calendar date of the month. Participants will waive their right to claim the prize if the time has expired.

2. 15. Eligibility checks will be conducted for the first 5 working days of the month.

3. 16. Rewards will be credited within 10 working days after the end of eligibility checks each month.

4. 17. Only one reward can be claimed per participant per month from this offer. To claim rewards, participants must private message their VT Market User ID to the Telegram customer service @VTmarketsGTMTC

D. Reward Delivery and Substitutions

1. 18. The rewards are based on the actual purchase of goods, and specific requests for style, model, and color will not be entertained.

2. 19. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the rewards to the participant. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavors to provide the rewards to the participant within thirty (30) working days.

3. 20. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.

4. 21. If VT Markets can’t deliver the reward(s) due to force majeure (e.g., out of stock, logistics issues), clients agree to receive the reward’s value as a balance credited to their account based on the item value listed above. The list of rewards will be updated in real-time based on local market conditions while ensuring that the reward value remains unchanged.

5. 22. The rewards listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the rewards offered will be available during the time of redemption. Clients acknowledge and agree to receive the value of the promotion in the form of a balance credited into their account (listed on Term 7), should VT Markets be unable to ship the reward under this promotion or if the prize is no longer available for purchase.

6. 23. The reward items can be redeemed as cashback to the participant's trading account, with a 20% value deduction from the value listed in the terms above.

7. 24. The value of the rewards is USD-based. Your cashback value will be adjusted accordingly if your nominated trading account is not denominated in USD.

E. Acknowledgement

1. 25. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

2. 26. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

3. 27. VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach. Participants may lose eligibility if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

4. 28. This program can be retracted at any time at VT Markets’ choosing, and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

5. 29. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
